अम्बाको पात (Guava Leaf)

अपच, अरुचि तथा ग्यास्ट्रिक भएको बेला अम्बाको दुइ तिन वटा पात पिधेर धुलो बनाइ एक गिलास पानि साँग खाएमा मानिसको पाचनमा सुधार आइ , रुचि बढ्ने र ग्यास्ट्रिक निको हुन्छ ।

१ गिलास पानिमा (१०० मि लि ) तुलसीको पात पानिमा उमालेर, गाढा काढा बनाइ ५ दिन बेलुका बेलुका पियो भने सुक्खा खोकि निको हुन्छ

काग अथवा कौवा जे भनेपनि हामि एक अत्यन्त बुद्धिमान र सामाजिक प्राणि भनेर चिन्दछौं। यो एक चरा प्रजाति को प्राणी हो जुन संसार भरि पाइन्छ। यो चरालाई नेपाली संस्कृतिमा पनि विशेष महत्व दिइन्छ — विशेषगरी काग तिहारको समयमा, जसमा कागलाई सन्देशवाहक र पूर्वजहरूको प्रतीकका रूपमा पूजा गरिन्छ । आज काग तिहार को सन्दर्भमा कागबारे केहि जानकारी लिऔं। बसोबास र बानी काग प्रायः मानिस बसोबास नजिकै बस्छ किनभने उसलाई फोहोर, खाना बाँकी, अन्न आदिबाट सजिलै भोजन मिल्छ। यसले रूखको माथिल्लो हाँगामा वा घरको छानामा गुँड बनाउँछ। गुँड घाँस, टहनी र तारका टुक्राहरू प्रयोग गरेर बनाउँछ। यो प्रायः बिहान र साँझ सक्रिय हुन्छ।

Thoughts on GenZ Movement in Nepal

It was 7th september 2025 , a group of genuine youths were raising their voice against corruption. They were gathering around Maitighar Mandala an iconic place in Kathmandu. During 11 am , huge crowd gathered counting millions of Zez Z's. Unaware and true voice against corruption should have been carefully guided by Governement and the supporters, but everyone failed to do so. Conspiracy raised their arms to shoot at 19 unarmed peaceful demonstrators.Most of us were unaware of the situation. That morning , my students were planning to participate in the protest, and I told them to do righteous deeds is the protest and do you duty giving your 100 percent.That day, the college was open, I was taking the classes, it was 2 PM when my friend Aalok, called me saying that there was gun fired in the protest and many are killed the situation around New Baneshwor is very tense. I was socked to hear that. That day until Late Night, gunshots and chaos continued. The next day 8th september, there were all anger emerged against the government and protest all over the country which was violent . Tyres were burning on the street, houses of the party leaders were burnt down, money flying on the sky from the houses of the corrupt leaders, bundles of currencies were burnt down at Sher Bahadur Dewa house.Politicians were beaten to blood. Everywhere was chaos. Police station were burnt down and the state was vaccuum. Later it was seen that Singha Durbar was burned, Supreme Court was Burned and the Parliament was also Burned down.

It was the opportunist who did created all the chaos to dilute the protest and voice of ZenZ which was against corruption.
